Delivery and customs

At Lucia Hall Jewellery, all items are sent fully insured and labelled as best we can to ensure safe travels. Everything is sent signed and tracked to make sure your pieces arrive exactly how they should.

We have no control over customs regulations set out by the nation’s Border Agency or any fees, duties or taxes they may decide to charge you. You are responsible for all customs charges, please refer to your Border Agency’s customs regulations for further details. We are unable to contact customs on your behalf.

Once your parcel is out of Customs it will proceed as normal.
